Frequent questions

Why did a puzzle close for an hour?

In the puzzles, time is limited and attempts are counted. When the time runs out or the attempts are spent, the puzzle closes for a full hour — not as a punishment, but as an invitation to think before answering. Meanwhile the library and the other puzzles stay open.

How do I change the level?

In the settings, at any time. The level does not change the puzzles; it changes the time you give yourself.

Where is my progress kept?

On your device only. No account or server keeps it, so deleting the app deletes your progress.

I bought the full edition on another device

Open “Restore purchases” in the app, with the same store account, and the full edition returns without paying again.

Anonymous statistics

After each round the app sends one anonymous line so that every puzzle can show its figures. If you prefer not to, turn it off in the settings. Details in the privacy policy.

Ramadan mode and the daily reminder

Both are in the settings: Ramadan mode shows the night's puzzle and article; the daily reminder schedules a notification on your device at the time you choose.
