Privacy policy

In short: what you do in the app stays on your device. No account, no sign‑in, no advertising, no tracking, no statistics about your play. We do not know who you are, and we do not need to.
What stays on your device
On your device only: the puzzles you solved and your attempts, the articles you read or saved, your settings (numerals, level, appearance, reminder, sounds and haptics, reading size) and, if you choose to enter it, your first name — used only in the greeting and on your card. The figures you see about your own play are computed on your device.
None of it is sent to us or to anyone. Your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google) may carry it to a new phone, according to your phone's settings. Deleting the app deletes it, and you can erase it at any time in the settings.
What the app requests from the internet
The app works offline. When your device is online, it requests:
Updates to the app and its content
These come through the Expo update service (EAS Update), so fixes and new puzzles reach you without going through the store.
A settings file
A small file on our server with general values every copy of the app reads, such as the start of Ramadan. The app sends nothing about you with it.
The full edition's content
After a purchase, it is downloaded from our server once the purchase is confirmed.
Like any web page, these requests carry technical information: your internet address (IP), device type and app version. We link it to no one and keep it only in technical logs deleted after 30 days.
Purchases
The full edition is bought with one in-app payment, available from the app's launch. Purchases are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play: we never see or store your payment details. Should we use another service to confirm purchases, it will be named here before it is used.
Crash reports
If the app stops because of an error, a technical report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it: device type, system and app version, and a description of the error. It carries neither your name, nor your progress, nor a screenshot, and we do not keep your internet address with it.
Reminders, sharing, screenshots, ratings
Daily reminder
If you turn it on and allow notifications, the app schedules a local reminder on your device; no server is involved. You can turn it off in the settings.
Sharing
Tapping “share” opens your phone's share sheet; you choose what is sent and to whom.
Screenshots
Screenshots are blocked only while a puzzle's explanation is shown, to protect the book's content. Nothing is recorded.
Ratings
The app may show the store's own rating prompt; what you write there goes to the store under its policy.
Children
The app is for everyone from nine. It collects no personal data from anyone, of any age, and shows no advertising.
This website
thesupremechallenge.app sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and requests nothing from any third party: its fonts and pictures come from the site itself. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs to run and protect its network, under its own policy.
Your rights and contact
We keep no data linked to you, but for any question or request, write to us.
